Mrs Stacey Rosenberg
I am extremely proud to be the headteacher of King David Primary School as I feel I have King David running through my veins!
Having been a pupil at King David Junior School in the 1970s, as was my husband, I have been connected with King David Schools for most of my life. Our three children attended the Infants and Junior schools, with two of them going on to study at the High School.
After teaching at Broughton Jewish and Sedgley Park Primary Schools, I began my permanent KD career, teaching in Reception at the former Infant School in 1996, after some long stints there as a supply teacher. I was also the Art subject lead and then a few years later also the SENCO.
During the course of my long career, I have enjoyed teaching in all Primary year groups.
In 2008 I became the Deputy Headteacher of the Infants School. When the Infants and Juniors merged to become the Primary School in 2010, I was delighted to be involved in the move to our beautiful new building and was proud to be appointed as the Deputy Head of all the Primary School.
Being the Headteacher of KDPS since January 2017, I am honoured to be so entwined with our wonderful school community and to lead such a dedicated, hardworking team of teachers and TAs who all have your children’s best interests at heart.
